Polyurethane (PU) Moulding
Polyurethane is a crucial polymer in the engineering industry. As we have both rubber and polyurethane manufacturing capabilities, you can be assured you will always get the correct polymer for your application. We have several specialised ovens and hot tables for casting large and small parts. We have vast experience in large rollers, mining equipment and forklift wheels. With our in-house blasting equipment, we can ensure a contamination-free bond when bonding polyurethane to metal. Quite often polyurethane requires a secondary machining process that we perform in house. We use the highest quality bonding agents as we know how critical the performance of the bond always is.
CNC Gasket Cutting
We manufacture high volumes of gaskets with the highest precision and efficiency. Not only do we cut standard off-the-shelf sheet rubber we can custom mould sheets with any compound that is required.
Tool Design and Manufacturing
We are able to design and manufacture custom tooling to suit your needs. Whether it is small or large volumes, we can provide a tailor-made solution that’s suits you.
Custom Rubber Compounding
We can mix or formulate any compound which may be required for your needs. We can also reverse engineer existing compounds if a sample is supplied.
Prototyping
We can work with you in the early stages of development of your product, allowing for extremely low volume of production to ensure the correct compound is selected and sizing is correct. As well as allowing for design changes if necessary.
Reverse Engineering
Whether it be replicating a function that has worked previously but is no longer available to purchase or replicating an OEM part ATR can help. We can create the rubber components you need from a sample.
On-Site Blasting
On-site we have three different blasting cabinets (glass bead, garnet and heavy-duty steel shot) to utilise depending on the metal componentry being used. Onsite blasting is extremely important to avoid contamination when prepping for rubber/polyurethane to metal bonding.
Metal Componentry / Insert Fabrication
We can handle the fabrication of small and large metal inserts which may be required for your parts. Whether they need to be machined, welded, bent, laser cut or CNC machined we can take care of this for you.
Extrusions
In addition to our rubber mouldings, we are able to manufacture custom rubber extrusions to any profile you may require. We can extrude using a wide range of materials including sponge rubber.
